Tell us you use a PMS.
Say so when you sign up and your account starts as “Channel manager only”. You can switch it any time in Settings.

Connect your channels.
Link Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb, and write each room's name as it is in your PMS — “Room 204” or “Deluxe King”.

Your front desk works the list.
Copy each booking, enter it in the PMS, add the PMS number and mark it done. New, changed and cancelled bookings are flagged.

No double work on payments.
Check-in, check-out and guest payments stay in your PMS. We only show the price, so nobody records a payment twice.
Nothing waits unseen.
The number of bookings still to enter shows in the menu and on the overview — red until the list is empty.
Changes and cancellations too.
If a guest changes dates or cancels after the booking was entered, it comes back to the list with what was entered before.

Do I have to replace my PMS?
No. Your team keeps working in the PMS they know. Empty to Booked keeps the booking platforms in sync and tells you what to enter.
Which PMS does it work with?
Any. Your front desk enters each booking in the PMS from a ready card, so it doesn't depend on which system you use.
Can we move to the full system later?
Yes. The owner switches the account kind in Settings — your bookings and channels stay exactly as they are.
How much does it cost?
The same as everyone: free for calendar sync, and Pro connections from January 2027. One room you sell is one unit.
