Airbnb calendar sync (iCal)
Sync your Airbnb calendar with every platform.
Airbnb gives every listing a free iCal link. Connect it to Empty to Booked once, and your Airbnb bookings close the same dates on Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo — and theirs close Airbnb. Free, in about five minutes.
Free for unlimited units. No credit card.
The usual mistakes that break an Airbnb sync.
- Copying the browser address instead of the Export calendar link.
- Linking one direction only — Airbnb exports, but never imports.
- Linking every platform to every other — links multiply and break.
- Forgetting direct bookings — the platforms keep selling them.
How it works
Set up in five minutes.
- 1
Copy Airbnb's Export link
Airbnb → Listing → Availability → Connect calendars → Export calendar. It contains /calendar/ical/.
- 2
Paste it into Empty to Booked
Open your unit, connect Airbnb, paste it into Import. We read it every two minutes.
- 3
Give Airbnb our link
Copy our Export link and paste it into Airbnb's Import calendar. Now it works both ways.

Questions, answered.
Does Airbnb's iCal sync guest names and prices?
No — a calendar link only carries which nights are taken. Real-time Pro connections (January 2027) bring guest names, prices and payment type.
How often does Airbnb read my calendar?
On its own schedule, usually every few hours. We read Airbnb every two minutes, so the other platforms learn about Airbnb bookings fast.
Is iCal sync free?
Yes, on Airbnb and on Empty to Booked — for unlimited units.
I can't find the Export link. Can you help?
